1:1 SESSIONS


I offer a variety of sessions and will create a program suited to your needs. A 1:1 session is for anyone who wants to deepen their practice or may be completely new to yoga. I’m happy to accommodate your needs, creating a programme which suits your current mental and physical state. You are welcome exactly as you are and sessions can be online if requested.

Beginners Yoga

Perhaps you have tried to join drop-in classes before or perhaps you’ve never been to yoga before. In the space that we create together, I’ll guide you closer to more bodily awareness and accommodate a practice suited to your needs.

Rested & Held

A session of restorative yoga and rest. I’ll guide you deep into the parasympathetic nervous system using my voice, sound and touch.

Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga suited to your current state both emotionally and physically. These sessions can be about accepting the changing body, preparing for birth through breathing and movements or simply helping you find alternative poses for your regular yoga practice.

Women’s Health & Cycle Awareness

For all women. We’ll explore cyclic awareness, pelvic health and feminine embodiment.

Investment

1 session of 60 mins. 800 DKK.
6 sessions of 60 mins. 4500 DKK.
