Prenatal yoga ensures you approach the birth of your baby in optimal health, which will help to enhance and hasten your recovery, whatever happens. Throughout the course, we improve circulation and mobility, and aim to ease ailments such as: back and hip pain, fatigue, fluid retention, cramps, insomnia & heartburn.

Prenatal yoga will help you to flow with the challenging transformation of pregnancy and birth. It can help to bring you a greater self-awareness, as well as increase your awareness of your baby's presence within your body.

Birth preparation course

April 30 - May 28
Tuesdays 17.30-20.30
(fully booked)

Birth is not just one day of your life. How you prepare and what you experience in your birth will have an impact on how you feel when you enter motherhood. To prepare for the rite of passage that birth is it often takes a great deal of unlearning, unlearning the layers of mistrust and fear our female bodies have been treated with for centuries.

Our in-depth birth preparation will give you the knowledge you need to make informed decisions, both during pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Our course is suitable for all types of birth, whether you are preparing to give birth at home or in the hospital.

We believe in the inherent wisdom of the female body - that you already know how to be pregnant, give birth, and mother your baby.
