birthing women
Birth preparation course
September 29 - October 27 or October 23 - November 20
Birth is not just one day of your life. How you prepare and what you experience in your birth will have an impact on how you feel when you enter motherhood. To prepare for the rite of passage that birth is it often takes a great deal of unlearning, unlearning the layers of mistrust and fear our female bodies have been treated with for centuries.
Our in-depth birth preparation will give you the knowledge you need to make informed decisions, both during pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Our course is suitable for all types of birth, whether you are preparing to give birth at home or in the hospital.
We believe in the inherent wisdom of the female body - that you already know how to be pregnant, give birth, and mother your baby.
prenatal circle
Sundays 16.30-18.30
Oct 5, Oct 12, Oct 19 & Oct 26
A circle for everyone who are pregnant and wants to sit with other pregnant women. We share, move, breathe, sing, and dance together whilst holding space for the wild transition it is to grow life. We’ll spend our time connecting with the growing body and baby, our senses, rituals, and ceremony. We'll meet 4 times for two hours in a small group of maximum 8 and minimum 4. It is very much a connecting with the body and baby course, a time in pregnancy to listen, rest and bring home ideas for self-care rituals and everyday ceremony.
THEMES
Earth - connecting with body, feet, pelvis
Water - womb, cervix, pleasure, intuition
Fire - awareness, agency, autonomy, taking up space
Air - motherbaby, connecting with your baby, oxytocin
Together we will explore:
Somatics, breath, sisterhood, sharings, invitations to rest, movement, vagus nerve practices, rituals, sound bath, rebozo massage, affirmations, and visualisations to support the journey towards your portal to motherhood. I'll create a Whatsapp group for us to share and connect inbetween and after.

Fridays 10 - 16.30 | Saturdays 10 - 16.30 | Sundays 10-16
This postnatal yoga teacher training (in English) is a perfect addition to the prenatal training weaving together the before and after birth portal, the transition from maiden to mother or from mother of x children to more. You’ll learn how to hold space and share space with women in a very vulnerable and open time of their lives after they’ve just gone through the biggest bodily and emotional change in the shortest amount of time together with the chaos of birth. This training will give you insights into a more feminine approach to yoga which can be integrated with other styles of yoga too, whilst guiding you to teach new mothers in confidence.
We’ll explore and dive deep into the postnatal hormones, nervous system, womb yoga, womb awareness, womb stories, holding space for both processed and unprocessed birth stories, sharing circles, and yoga with babies. All this mixed with sequencing, spaceholding, and how to create a postnatal yoga class in a blend of theory lectures, circle sharing, and practical learning. Each weekend you will receive inspirational practice examples of postnatal yoga classes & you will be teaching and sharing your knowledge with each other from the first weekend onwards.
